White monoclinic or hexagonal crystal, or White crystalline powder. Relative density 1.1607. Melting point 248℃ (decompound). pK'1(COOH) is 2.34, pK'2(NH3) is 9.60. Solubility : 25℃ is 25g/100ml; 50℃ is 39.1g/100ml; 75℃ is 54.4g/100ml; 100℃ is 67.2g/100ml. Extremely difficult to dissolve in ethanol, dissolved in 100g ethanol and about 0.06g. Almost insoluble in acetone and ether, react with hydrochloric acid to produce hydrochloride. PH (50g/L solution, 25 ℃) = 5.8 ~ 6.4 |
